Baduzzi means ‘Food for the people’ this statement was at the core of the brief for this project, create an atmosphere that is all about food, cooking and imbibing, a celebration of food and beverage in a relaxed accessible environment.
A fully open kitchen, (the food porn room) a glass walk in cold room in the middle of the restaurant, BBQ and bar with large open booths in a bespoke green finish all work together to create this relaxed eating house.
